“I have used Vibeke’s catering service for staff meetings as well
as for my own lunches at work. This service was excellent in providing
very healthy, nutrient dense meals for myself and my staff which also had
to be gluten-free. This was very important to me as I am a Naturopathic
Doctor and it is difficult to find catering that can meet all of these
criteria. Every meal that I have had was delicious and I have recommended
Vibeke’s service to my patients as well. Vibeke’s efforts are proof that
you can buy really healthy food that tastes great!”

Thank you, Vibeke, for the absolutely wonderful and healthy food you prepared for us. It was a big contribution to our health and to the personal gains we were all able to make through doing our work in a 100% supportive setting.
Be well.

“Vibeke’s passion for clean eating is evident as soon as you meet her. She has inspired me to try foods I had never eaten before and my entire way of eating has improved as a result.  I have learned so much from her and am thankful that I was introduced to her.” Brenda Bryson

Links – This is my personal blog, as opposed to my business blog;  I like to share my menu planning here as well as anything else that interests me. – I love this website!  Because of Tess Masters and her website Healthy Blender Girl, I have been blending delicious smoothies, soups, dips, dressings, etc in my Vitamix machine.  So cool because now she is the official Vitamix demonstrator on that website. In the beginning of 2012 she featured me as the January Piggy of the Month on her recipe blog. – By far the best recipe blogger online, Angela Liddon is finally getting her due with a book deal!!!  Her recipes are so good that I can make them for guests without testing them first.   Her recipes are excellent and we generally eat from her website twice a week or more.  And she’s Canadian to boot!  If green smoothies are more your thing, she has a website for that too, Green Monster Movement! – Susan Voisin’s website, the Fatfreevegan, has helped so many people transition to a vegan diet.  She takes family favourite recipes and alters them to minimize calories from fat.  I have many favourite dishes from her site, including the Vegan Zucchini Frittata, Healthy Hash Brown Casserole, and Vegetable Lentil Stew. – I have been cooking from this website since before I transitioned to a vegan diet.  I have one of their cookbooks called Whole Life Nutrition Cookbook and they have another as well Nourishing Meals which remains on my wish list.  With these two books I would never have to go looking for recipes on the internet again.  I have several favourite recipes from Tom Malterre and Alissa Segersten which include Creamed Kale, Mung Beans and Rice with Indian Spices, Creamy Herb Sunflower Seed Dressing/Dip, and Healing Quinoa Cabbage Soup.  I like this website a lot because it also contains an excellent Elimination Diet that I have used to help clients self-diagnose food sensitivities.  I really cannot say enough positive things about this site. – Usually PPK refers to the Post Punk Kitchen, which is another great vegan recipe sharing blog, but I really loved the Plant Powered Kitchen.  She has a kale slaw salad that is to die for! – Her Super Food Bliss Bowl with fresh fruit is amazing. My kids love having that for breakfast. I just realized that many of the links in my recipe folder are from this site.  Look at this lovely dessert recipe Fruit Thyme Popsicles with Coconut Milk.
